Acute Consultations (online) $50 for 15 minutes consultation zoom or phone call (all paperwork filled in via online forms prior to consult)
Initial Consultation 1 hour $190
Subsequent Consultation 30 minutes $90
SOS Food Therapy Consultation 45 minutes $190
Body Composition Scan $80 with 15 minutes consultation
Booking fee $50- this fee will come off your consultation, should you cancel your appointment this will become your cancellation charge (please read cancellation policy). Payable upon booking.
Custom pricing for in home cooking lessons, personal shopping tours, NDIS plan support, meal planning and home consultation visits. Please send an enquiry for pricing.
MEAL PLAN PRICING- 3 day meal plans starting from $200. Custom pricing for in depth & longer meal plans and booklets.
TRAVEL CHARGE- Home visits incur an additional $90 travel charge.

wellness membership plan- $35/week
Includes: 1 X Initial Consultation followed by 4 X Subsequent consultations, treatment plan, supplements at wholesale pricing through Vital.ly patient ordering system, and 24/7 personal support email service.
Upon signing up you will also receive a welcome pack- including a organic herbal tea pack, eco takeaway coffee cup and lunch bag.

customised Wellness membership PLan- $45/week
Includes: 1 X Initial Consultation followed by 4 X Subsequent consultations, custom treatment plan, custom meal plans and recipes, supplements at wholesale pricing through Vital.ly patient ordering system, and 24/7 personal support email service.

Maintenance Membership plan- $15/week
Includes: 3 X Subsequent consultations (8 week intervals), continued supplement discounts at wholesale pricing and continued personal support email service. This plan is if you are already a patient and have an active treatment plan.

SOS Food Therapy membership plan- $60/week
(Private clients only, not NDIS)
Includes- 1 fortnightly 45 minute SOS appointments (12 appointments over 24 weeks).
This will be available to parents that have done SOS therapy in my clinic with their children (atleast 6 sessions) and have attended parent education to be able to do their own therapy at home to stretch the therapy appointments out to a fortnightly basis to manage cost.

Cancellation Policy
It is a requirement that you provide me with a minimum of 24hrs notice of cancellation or change of appointment. Last minute cancellations of a pre-booked appointment unfortunately causes problems for running the practice. For almost every short notice and missed appointment, there was someone else who was unable to book that time slot.
Late cancellation fees do apply for less than 24hrs notice of appointment postponement, cancellation or missed appointments. I understand that there are time when you are unable to make your appointment, so to make it fair on everyone using this service, please make note of the following;
1st missed appointment- $50 cancellation fee will apply, this will be your booking fee that you will have paid upon booking, this will not be refunded.
2nd missed appointment- the standard full fee will apply for that consultation type and you will be sent a 7 day account
For 3 or more missed or rescheduled appointments, the Nutritionist may charge the standard full fee for both missed and rescheduled appointments, with a 7 day account sent. The Nutritionist reserves the right to not book further consultations and refer you on to another practitioner.
Health membership cancellation policy
Health memberships can be cancelled at anytime, however, the balance of your appointments will be charged via 7 day invoice directly to you. For example, if you have been in the wellness membership for 6 weeks charged at $25 week, and you have received 1 Initial Consultation and 1 subsequent consultation valued at $220, and you have only paid $150 in membership fees at the point of cancellation, you will be invoiced for the remainder $70 owing.
Any cancellation or account charges occurred from the direct debit billing company at the time of cancellation would be paid by the patient direct to the billing company.
